Im looking at trading in my g37s for this car soon, do any of you guys know the previous owner or any history?

Just upon looking at it, it looks like the rear exhausts are a little out of whack. Could be nothing, but could have been an accident too. After my Maxima got rear ended the exhausts were never the same, but you could never tell it was in an accident. Did you get the carfax?

I think the exhausts look like that because he was running quads at one point

Bumper was definitely cut for quad exhausts.

Yeah, I would say this car was running some mods! The rear was cut for quads and if I were running quads I would have at the VERY LEAST a tune.

Car looks really clean but for that price I would try to find one that was owned by someone that wanted a nice business car.

Who in their right mind would pay 35k for a car with cuts in the rear bumper?? The owner should have at least traded his bumper for a stock one before he traded it in...bet you he got a bad trade cuz of this too.

Yeah, try and find another 335i. This 09 doesnt even have the new idrive (that is the reason i would want an 09+)

guys thanks for all the input on this vehicle, i really appreciate it.

Lemon buy back does not really scare me depending on WHY it was bought back. I will just use this as a negotiating tool to bring down the price.

Repair history on this vehicle also shows two HDP pump failures one at 4,xxx miles and another at 11,xxx miles, This will also be used to drive down the price.

I have to say that I am truly blown away by the amount of help that i have received yesterday and today from various forum members. Once again, thanks!

Get quad exhausts again if it was already cut for it. Would look cool. Look into lemon buyback.

Yeah, just someone in Cali got rid of it citing HPFP issues and that screwed the title.

if you decide to purchase this car, make sure you let them know that you know it was modded. Maybe this will also help drive the price down.

This car doesn't have idrive at all. 2009s have new idrive, at least mine does.

looks like prior quad exhausts, possible prior exhaust upgrade, which raises the possibility of other mods, tunes, etc... be careful
