Front end is bolt on. You will need to replace: - headlights - headlight brackets - front bumper - front fenders - front fender liners - hood In order to complete the rest of the body conversion, I swapped: - side skirts - mirrors - rear bumper - rear quarter panels Only OEM parts were used for this conversion.

redEYEjedi, forgive me if this has been posted elsewhere but what engine is in your e91? It looks like you went to considerable trouble converting the body to M3 spec so I was wondering if the engine had been changed as well. Building an e91 M3 has always been of interest to me. I only got so far as the suspension bits though. I will probably never finish the project as it looks like I will soon need to get a family car that is a bit larger and can tow.

Engine is currently stock US spec. Long story short, I sold my 5 series and purchased the 3 series wagon as a daily driver. Even with that in mind, the car was purchased with the intention of modding to M3 spec because I wanted something unique yet functional (with cargo space and roof racks). The car was being built in stages. Stage 1 was OEM body conversion (completed within 8 months of owning the car). Stage 2 would be performance (current point). I've owned the car 1 year and 3 months now. The intention was to shop for a 335i N54 engine instead of the S65 to swap actually. Then BMW replaced my engine and gave me a new N52 engine due to a solenoid failure and metal shavings in the oil pan etc. (car is still under new car warranty so it was free of charge) Now I am at a crossroads. Do I keep the brand new OEM engine and just drive it? (which I am doing right now) OR do I continue down the long road of engine swapping, amongst many many other things that come with that. Anyways, the journey continues.. hope you guys like what you see now though. I will have authentic 20" BBS LM's for sale soon too, the ones featured on my Super Street Instagram feature. Please inquire for more info. Thanks!
