I think I've seen this car several times before. stock 16" and has a giant sticker on the bottom of the windshield?

If so, she's probably driving her bf's car and he's more into the JDM crews in the SGV.

this is super creeper pic but the house across the street from me always has modded bmws parked outside (owner has a silver grey e46 m3 on te37 reps, exhaust lowered, gtr hood, angel eyes) but spotted this e92 outside today
