i really can't notice anything.... i just think with pushing higher boost like the Helix Attache, the stock DV's can't hold the boost. That's just my thought tho, i can't be 100% sure it's doing anything, but it makes me feel better- haha

Yup, running the forge dv's here since a little before they were officially released. Love them. I just recently switched to the yellow springs instead of the green and noticed a big difference between shifts. Very smooth and holds boost extremely well. Better throttle response noted.

due to our developing a big turbo kit we had already started on the fuel pump control several months ago.(as well as another method of controlled fueling) we will be implementing direct solenoid control this week and should have a v29.2 test tune by weeks end.

I believe I saw the turbo when I was there 2 weeks ago. Mark has some crazy plans for that! I think everyone will be very impressed once he divulges the details!

unless you do not prohibit the dealer from installing v29.2 OR you have a post march 08 335, there is no real reason to be concerned with the new bmw "spyware"....i don't think guys with march 08 build aregoing to think about a turbo upgrade for a long time.

for these reasons, i hope you guys do not get too delayed or sidetracked trying to get the turbo upgrade compliant with the new bmw software/ecu.

my 2 cents

my 2 cents

no sidetracking at all we need both fuel pump control and direct solenoid boost control for the BIG turbo system. As far as the system it is a top priority but is also under wraps can't really give out too many details YET.
