15% Discount on all BMW parts

Guys
I am not sure if all of your are aware of it so thought to share this on the forum.

BMW Harry Fairbairn Kirkcaldy offer 15% off on all the BMW parts and offers FREE delivery to some forums.

I have found them on another forum and bought all my parts for Combox retrofit. I have quote from majority of the dealers (including europe) and found them to be cheapest.

They take time to deliver, but you get the parts in few days (2-3 days max)

But considering 15% off, I guess they are cost effective.

I am starting this thread so we can spread the word and it helps the forum members + them. So every time you order something from them, please add a comment to this thread so this thread comes at the top and others can benefit from it. Also worth of rating the thread, so other can benefit from this.

So they will quote under the normal price just by requesting a price? or is there a reference to make?

Send them an e-mail or ring them, and tell them you are from a forum. (do not need to mention which forum though). And they will adjust 15% discount.

Good find. I bought my whole car from them and it was about 15% cheaper than my local dealer. Without wishing to knock Kirkcaldy, I expect business is tougher for them than in many other places in the UK, hence the keen pricing.

I am not sure about their sales team but I found the parts sale team very friendly and helpful.

I'm interested - why would you buy 'genuine' oil and not Castrol Edge 5w30 (from EuroParts, etc.) for instance?

good to know although i have never used them as i believe they are part of the Arnold Clark group and i have had bad dealings in the past with their parts departments.

i was referring to diff oils, tranny oils etc... not regular engine oil

Mentioned this whilst i was at Eastern BMW Edinburgh parts department this morning, and they also offer the 15% discount if you mention you are with a car club/forum !
