So you got a warning light saying you had an engine malfunction and you decided to ignore it? Were you expecting a brighter one to come on when it really had a problem?!?!

You will need to see what codes were thrown. These are the risks you take when you modify a car still under warranty.

i checked from my phone and no code was showing but car kept saying engine malfunction

no i did not ignore it the light came from nowhere so i thought it was a glitch that's why i drove it for a while .... this has happen with my chk engine light before and then it went away..

so i just called rallye and they said, that they see a timing issue in the VANOS they are taking it apart to check it further
