I complained, in writing, to NCP pointing out that this was an illegal surcharge as it is not advised in advance and the user is not given an option to accept or decline it and inviting them to refund the charge. I still have not had a reply.

We need proof as you may also work for a rival car park company

. I'll give you 24 hours and if it's not posted on here I am going to search all car forums for a similiar story.

The have bumped the medium stay multi-storey up hugely in price and made the first day £20 at the long stay. Fucking robbery.

Hard to say what the guys motivation is/was... especially if he won't respond to his own thread!!!
