Tyre Pressures....what you run with?
i have the 19" 225M's fitted to the 330 and have just checked the tyre pressures for the first team. seems the dealer set it up for the 4 passengers + luggage values which i think was 2.1bar front / 2.6 bar rear (cannot recall exactly....noticed on the sticker that the recommended setting for 2 passengers and no/light luggage is 2.6 bar front and 3.1 bar rear for the 19" wheel.
what are other people running with? ok i know your wheels might be different size/rating but for 99% of my driving there is only ever me or me + missus driving so would say on average i should run with the higher setting for 2 passengers. is there any downside to this thought process? inc tyre wear? etc? should i go with lower pressure combo? |
