Stage 2 Pure Turbos

A BIG BIG Thank you to you Justin for all the groundwork, ongoing technical advice and supply of all the hardware required

Big mention must also go to the team at Active Motorwerke in Burwood Melbourne and of course the legendary tuner David Trebilia.

I thought I would post this dyno sheet result (401 rwkw) which is for starters I suppose with a limit boost of 24/25 psi on Stage 2 Pure Turbos, 19 in wheels and 32 psi tyre pressure. I have a feeling Map 3 has a limit up to 80 for the adder.

The most I made on stock inlets, stock fuel system at 20psi RBs was 327rwkw on this same Mainline heartbreaker dyno LOL.

Very nice. Is that the most power out of any N54 in Australia?

It would have been interesting to see what difference in power or ability to run timing would be (if any) not running the water/meth injection, considering it's already running 100% E85 with PI.

Have you got any JB4 logs?

I doubt it's the highest but possibly highest on a Mainline lol.

Still has a bit left in it I'm sure.. I did the runs without meth but on a cool day it makes more power on the road as should be the case.

Nice results sublian

What fueling upgrdes are you running to achieve those? Are you running straight e85 with PI and stage 3 pump?

I believe Stage 2 Pure Turbos top end power, RB inlets with higher boost levels are the major contributors. Excellent tuning and PI also.

If it's highest on a Mainline, it's highest full stop. No question.

Even on a cool day, 100% E85 is a HELL of a lot of cooling on its own. I'd just ditch the meth and one less thing to fail if it was me.

Any logs? I'd love to see what kind of timing and WGDC it's running.

Yeah I'll post the log and my sig.

Tx guys for the well wishes. My objective was to build a daily driver that starts like stock and drives like one but has almost 3 times the oem power lol.

To that end I think I've achieved it.

Congrats, another into the 400 club. Great work.

I suspect there will be quite a few new cars well into the 400's now that Pures and some new big Hexons make the shopping lists. Justin (JD75) is all over this as you would expect.

Our cars would have taken much longer to reach some of their potential without the dogged persistence from Justin and the tweaking of great back end flashes from David Trebila.

great numbers, Steve.
definitely room for more boost.
401 kw on this dyno should be around 650 whp on a dynojet.

Can't seem to post my Csv log file, it keeps saying invalid file..

Anyway, my WGDC was still at 65%, at this 24/25 psi boost level.

Tx for all your efforts David! The last two months of countless logs and flashes to overcome my torque limiter at high rpm wots and to save my AT trans have paid off too

Hi. What plugs are everyone running? I've never deviated from BMW Oem ones. But being a hotter motor now, should I be using the Ngk equivalent? Tx

NGK 5992 gappable (one step colder) spark plugs.
Justin will have them.

Then you can turn the wick up with map 6 and find a dyno dynamics for a fairer power run.
