Hi,
I have been dealing with an audio problem for a few months now and I am hoping to figure out what’s wrong and what can be done to fix it.

One day while driving, the audio cut off and I was unable to get it to turn back on. This happened during COVID, so I was in no rush to fix it. A couple of months later, the audio randomly came back on twice. The first time it was just the front speakers and the last time, all of the speakers were working until I turned off the car. Ever since then, I have been unable to get any audio out of the speakers in my car. Also, during this time, none of the vehicle chimes work.

All of the controls, buttons on the steering wheel, and I-Drive features work as normal. The mute symbol is occasionally visible on the I-Drive.

Since this issue started, I have tried every solution I was able to find online(Message boards, YouTube, FB Groups, etc.) I checked all of the fuses, did a visual inspection of the amp, performed the manual/hard reset a few times, disconnected the battery, tried every button, etc. The optical cable that goes into the amp turns on and stays red. No flashing.

Has anyone ever dealt with this? Any suggestions?

I'm having the same issue. I replaced my Amplifier and my satellite, I have the No SOS on my dash, and I'm not sure how to fix this problem.I also need help

There are already many threads about this and how to fix it.
One of the most common problems is water on the amp so check
that first.
Next most common bad most bus module or logic 7 amp.
There are status Led's on the logic 7 amp.

Always make sure you have a strong battery because the ibs system can turn stuff
of to preserve the battery. (more than 12.4 volts without the engine running.)
