BA Flights - Hand Luggage
Does anyone know if BA allow a Suit Carrier on as Hand Luggage on their flights?
I have a Business trip in Orlando next week, and need to take a few suits out with me. I will have, 1 x Hold Luggage, a laptop Bag and a Suit Carrier. The Sizes I know are a little over the Hand luggage guidelines, but I would have thought BA would be used to folded up suit bags ......... or am I wrong ? Just dont want to look a fool at Gatwick, trying to stuff a Suit Carrier in my Hold Suitcase .....lol Cheers. |

Simple, forget about the suits and business pack your shorts and go to DisneyWorld instead.
Ok back to the serious point, are you flying business class or standard. If it's business class you should be ok, not too sure on the standard class TBH |

It won't be BA that is the problem, but the gate staff at the airport. As long as you can fold the suit carrier to fit into the bag gauge you will be fine.
I used to fly out of Birmingham at the same time as a Ryanair flight to Eastern Europe. Without fail the gate staff would stop people carrying oversized bags - making them leave stuff behind as at that stage it was too late to load into the hold. Mike |
