Sorry I never got a notification that someone responded, yeah it says REV3 on the unit. I know it's Vin unlocked, I purchased it from Topgearsolutions during a holiday sale on this forum and they gave a Vin Unlock one for willing to wait since they were out of stock.

I sold the car so I no longer need it.
