Why can't I see ConnectedDrive?

Why can't I see the ConnectedDrive option on my iDrive screen? (first pic)

Do I need a software update?

Also when trying to access BMW Online, it is saying the mobile communication network is not supported - is that due the type of phone I have connected via Bluetooth? (second pic)
