Off to Spain for a week

I'm off to Spain for a week tomorrow to visit my folks who retired out there.....such a bummer getting free accomodation

Unfortunately I'll be slumming it in a Ford Fiesta (or worse Daewoo Matiz

) for the week, still at least the forecast is good

Will keep an eye out for some nice motors and take some snaps....

Think of me whilst I'm supping on a cold Cerveza

Yep we had a good time - weather was kind, a comfortable 18-22C most days

Our visit coincided with the Fiestas de San Vicente Ferrer at Teulada.
They had a bull run through the town and we attended the end of Fiesta carnival on the Sunday......

End of Fiesta Pics (the cages around the shop/restaurants are to protect the spectators/shops during the Bull run !)

The local fishing fleet - Aaahhh, shiver me timbers

No idea on the Spanish/Bavarian connection

The only picture worthy car I saw all week

The shine was amazing - definately required

Although I don't think I would have parked it there - easy come, easy go....

Off in June to see my outlaws on la costa blanca. Should be nice and warm by then

Great pics! Looks like the weather was nice

Bumps - you're probably correct about the Bentley and being driven by a woman. Two '08's near me, and guess what....both owned by women with rich husbands. There is a limit to 'thinking of England though'.

June should be fab weather wise, I'm feeling 'home' sick (sic) now.....I probably won't be back out again until September.....
