How strict are they about front plates here? I can't decide if I wanna do a tow hook mount, or auto flip up mount from under the bumper.

I work in Waikiki and they're pretty strict in that area ... I got one of those tow hook mounts

police enforcement is strict here. you will get ticketed eventually w/o a front plate. I also have a tow hook mount.
