equalizer help

ok so i have an 08 335i sedan with the premium package. In the audio options, there is bas, terrible, balance, sound mode (regular, theater, hall) and then there is equalizer....... everything is set to the middle (which is 0?) does anyone know what the perfect settings would be for these? i play house, techno kind of music a lot, with a lot of bass. I just dont know anything about equalizer and what to put each one to. thanks again!
