08 e90 335i STOCK JB4 G5

I have a e90 335i and I want a turner and I've decided to go with the JB4 G5 my car is BONE STOCK; what's the process going to take to get the board installed can I do it on my own? And after it is installed would there be any coding needed to be done? Any information will help. I really just want to be able to get a noticeable gain

you can do it yourself with in 45 mins, no coding and put it in map 5 or map 1 if ts your only mod, go the BMS website and click "install" then scroll down and download the PDF for the install....it will walk you thru it. After install car will have to be at 160 degrees before tune is active. You will enjoy it!
