N52 valvetronic power supply testing

Recently replaced valve cover because of ccv sound and limp mode and now the car cranks but isn’t starting at all. I have ISTA codes 2A31, 2A32, 2A3F, 2A77, and a couple others related to sensors and lights. I had basically no voltage at the vvt motor, I need help finding the bad fuse/relay because I don’t know where to check next. Eccentric shaft sensor is most likely bad too but I don’t wanna redo the whole valve cover job and throw more money. Someone please tell me what I should do next.
