What springs to go with?

I have a 2010 328i sport package with the 18 inch wheels what spring should I go with of I want to keep the stock 18\'s and would this compensate in the future if I want to go with non run flats? Due to non RTF\'s having softer side walls.

if you just want springs get hr or get coilovers. I am in the same boat as you right now but thinking of getting coilovers

Would me switching to aftermarket spring give me a better ride on non run flat tires due to them having softer side walls
