I don't have a horse in this race but a quick search on Google yielded:

scam (skæm)

n., v. scammed, scam•ming. n.
1. a fraudulent scheme; swindle.
v.t.
2. to cheat; defraud.

Misrepresenting a product for the sole purpose of monetary gain sounds a lot like the definition of scam or scamming to me but then English is not my first or second language so I might be off base here.

lol forgotten more than I know. You're right my b.s in aerospace engineering is nothing in comparison to a 36 year old guy complaining about 40$ in shipping. Not to mention the pathetic attempts to threaten me through texts. Trust me im far from a "tough guy" online. But I handle my own in person believe that.

I'll be in Michigan in 2 months, not too far from iL. You really want to be a "tough" guy on the internet and send pathetic ass threats through texts feel free to find a time to meet up. You throw the first one ill end it. no threat intended im just not some punk. gl with your life on e90 post seems you spend enough time here.

I never threatened you...I just said "watch yourself" that is it lol! . It's not about the money, Trust me. It's about you knowingly fucking people over. I would buy you a plane ticket over here to show you but a ambulance ride back would be expensive.
