I've got two sets of hid ballasts. Let me hook them both up and see if one is more stable at startup(less flickering if any at all when you first turn them on) and I'll shoot you some pics and I'll take your money then.

I don't have the Mtec front bumper. Otherwise it would be installed. I'll sell you the lip though. Is your car Tiag? I'm looking for a hood and trunk swap + some cash.
