So I just ordered my tires...

2 front Zii since I still have a good set of rears Z1s
and a full set of NT01s yes... different size from and back still. I have too many wheels.

Now need to find time to change oil, and brake fluid and check brake pads.

A little misleading if you ask me, as it sounds like you are complaining a little , while the truth is you are so excited you can't wait for the season to begin

Just do it

BTW, have you been skiing a lot Tremblant this year? Did you find that there's way too many people?

No, all is going well with the preparation.. Now I also need to look for a Hans or equivalent since I am using a harness.

I went skiing many times this year and mostly at Tremblant. Just went yesterday as a matter of fact. Apart from the low visibility, the conditions were great. Deeop & Heavy snow ... what a workout.

I havent experienced any high traffic at the lift lines all year... worst case was 10 minutes wait before going up. There is a science there. You have to pick your time and your area. And always find yourself where the crowd isn't.

How about you? you skied to your hearts content?

BTW I still have one ticket left for Tremblant for this season.

After a wobbly start of January (extreme cold and rain), everything has been nice, fresh snow after mid-February was unheard of in past years, let alone mid-March As well, March break used to be pretty much the end of our season, not this year!

So tomorrow it's either Bromont or Orford, we'll see what the road conditions look like in the AM. Car is all packed

The only time I went to Tremblant it was week-end of family day in Ontario and long week-end as well in the US, so that Saturday lineups were ridonkulous.

Plus happy with my skiing! 9th season yay!

I see Trillium Club events are listed as Drivers Ed, but for those signed off for solo they provide TONS AND TONS of seat time! Just wanted to ensure you guys are aware of it as our pricing is second to none! www.soBMW.ca then "schools" tab for details.
Feel free to email me at bill@trillium-bmwclub.ca if any questions/inquiries.
also check the new site: www.torontotrackdays.com for most of the local event details.

***Track Day 5/13/14 Streets of Willow, Los Angeles area****

Hey Guys,

I'm organizing a private auto track day event at Streets of Willow in Willow Springs (Near Lancaster/Palmdale, CA) on TUESDAY 5/13/14. Our normal mailing list turned up only 9 cars and we need 19 total to afford it. We run from 9-5 with a 45 min lunch and a drivers meeting at 8am. It will be open format starting at 10:30am. That means TONS of track time with much less traffic. This event is usually run only with friends and coworkers and is always capped. I'm not doing this for profit, I just am just the organizer.

The cost is $250 per car, you can have multiple drivers per car. No ride alongs. Verts must have factory roll protection.

I'd LOVE to see a bunch of BMW's out there, usually its half corvettes. It'd be great to meet the local forum community also. Its a great group of guys (and a few GIRLS!) and I'm sure you'd have fun. Plus I provide beer for everyone at the end of the day.

Hope to see you guys,

Rob
