In this thread, we will share updates and information about our E90 tuning project.

We've come a long way with it already, and are now performing the last optimizations.

Long story short

When we got the car, it was bone stock.

Today, it looks like this:



In further detail

The car is tuned with:

-Schmiedmann by Turbo.dk stage II N54 signature turbochargers
-Wagner EVO II competition intercooler.
-Wagner downpipes.
-Schmiedmann by Supersprint complete sport exhaust from the downpipes and back. Made from micro sandblasted stainless steel in titanium look.
-Burger Motorsport JB4 adaptive tuningbox
-AFE Power Magnum Force Stage-2 PRO 5R sport-intake-system withRAM intake behind the kidneys in the front
-MM-Power larger turbo induction-silicone hoses

Performance: 446,3HP / 511NM

Result: 446,3HP / 511NM with a slippery clutch. A result that we are quite satisfied with.
However we are now going to replace the clutch and upgrade/modify the fuel pump, in the hopes that we will gain even more power.

Please tell us more about Turbo.dk stage II N54 signature turbochargers

Car looks great. Fueling? Are you sure the power figures are correct? That only works out to 440 whp and 376wtq, well shy of FBO stock turbo #'s

Thanks for your interest in our turbos. In short, the Schmiedmann N54 signature stage 2 turbo upgrade includes:

- An upgraded, 15T CNC milled compressor wheel 42/60mm
- Upgraded TD4 turbine shaft 41/47 mm
- Turbine housing modified for TD4
- Upgraded wastegate bushing
- Upgraded bearing type
- Step gab rings on both sides of the shaft
- Balanced in VSR-machine at 180.000 rpm
- 100% OEM fitting - plug & play
- Can deliver up to 550HP, and is very solid on the Nm.

So in short, what we do is upgrade the components of the original turbo to another dimension.

We managed to deliver 446,3Whp with the stock fuel pump. And yes, we're sure of the result. Link to the video of the car on the dyno will come up in this thread shortly.

We now plan to replace the stock clutch and fuel pump in order to maximize performance.

Ahhh, after looking at the link this is for the N55 motor. In your original post it mentioned turbocharger(s) so I assumed there was more than one turbo making it a N54 motor. Have any logs showing boost, timing, load, etc? What fuel were you using?

Yes, says N54 and link is for single turbo.
