How did i screw up my n54 this time? Flashed stock map on MHD with JB4 active

Hello,

I needed to smog my car so i flashed the stock map on my MHD, which i was using as my backend flash, but i forgot to disable JB4 before.
Now i cannot connect to my JB4, it always says failed to connect. I verified the com ports and still didnt work.

I am also throwing multiple codes related to the TMAP sensor:
2ADB boost pressure sensor, electric
2ABC boost pressure sensor, over run
3100 boost pressure control-deactivation

I did have the tmap settings to 4bar on JB4 prior to mapping this

So to clarify when you tried to flash with mhd did the flash fail since jb4 was enabled? If you need to disable jb4 but can't access the menu anymore, disconnect the power cord that's connected in the dme box for the jb4, I believe it's red. Then turn ignition on and flash mhd again.

Can you connect with MHD?

If you can't, then the DME handshake isn't happening. If that's the case, you can disconnect the negative terminal, wait a few minutes and then reconnect. Should be able to communicate after.

I had this problem when trying to flash with some sort of faulty cable combo (still don't know if it's the BG cable or the OTG cable as the culprit), and had to do this to get my DME to allow my MHD WiFi dongle to do the magic.

You're getting the codes because you flashed back to stock with a 4bar map sensor installed and probably forgot to tick the option for 4 bar map sensor so the DME is expecting to see the stock sensor at the moment.

Save yourself the headache with the JB4 and just remove it. Flash only is better unless you need meth control.
