Perillo BMW Chicago

Just wanted to do a quick rant/heads up about Perillo BMW service in Chicago.

Absolutely incompetent.

So now I have to go drive the car until the code comes back and then come back AGAIN for service.

Oh, and I get to pay a $180 "diagnostic" fee for the privilege.

...If you're in need of work on your vehicle, definitely go anywhere other than this place. Especially if you have a less common vehicle.

I work at Patrick BMW. We have pretty good service advisors. Go see Matt Page or Blake Cotton.

Not all that many. I don't work on the service side though.

Service just for them to take a look is now $185. My battery needed to be replaced, they quoted me $650. Pepboys did it for $181 4 year warranty. The sad part of my mini story is that the battery died in 3 months and I had to take it to Perillo and pay the premium because they at least fix the issue.

On a side note car was asking to service brake fluid so I went to my local shop and they charged me $180 for brake fluid flush. You guys think this was a good deal?
