Ok so at speeds above 25mph when I turn the wheel to the right I hear a rotational tapping noise. It almost sounds like as if a rock or nail was stuck in the tire but there definitely isn't. I looked up what a bad axle sounds like and what a bad wheel bearing sounds like and it doesn't sound like either of those. I made an appointment for my shop but it's not for over a week so figured would ask if anyone had any ideas in the interim. If not will update once I get the car fixed in case anyone else experiences the same thing.

Check your sway bar end links. I was/am having a similar noise and I found the link was loose where it mounts to the strut. I also found that the mounting hole on the strut has been enlarged and I need to replace my struts anyways.

Interesting, thank you I did get my sway bar end links replaced like 6 months ago so maybe the shop didn't tighten them down properly.
