That is because a number of people cancel their order since its been waiting too long and you are lucky enough to pickup after everyone left the queue. From what I observe their pissed off customer VS happy ones ratio are about 10:1.

I'm just trying to say to those give them a chance.

I waited actually 4 months for a DD diffuser from LTMW. I got rear ended a day after it was installed and needed a new one. So I emailed Duke dynamics and they had this. While it sounds lucky, I would say the whole situation was quite unfortunate.

DD even honored the lower price that LTMW gave me on the initial diffuser.
