I placed an order with another vendor on Black Friday and it was shipped out the same day. I got several emails confirming the order and the shipping details. You've waited far too long.

Apologize for the mishap, we shipped it when we emailed the tracking number to your order via USPS. Their tracking system is poor over the holidays. If it still didn't show movement on Monday, we will reship another 2 yards fabric you purchased via UPS.

I received a tracking number when you guys used USPS.com to print a shipping label, once a shipping label is printed a tracking number is generated, but this does not indicate the package was shipped! I also own a business that uses USPS for shipments, and I can assure you that their tracking system operates the same irrespective of the holidays. As soon as USPS receives the parcel, it is scanned into their system, and this information is updated on their website as soon as it is scanned in. My package was never shipped, otherwise it would have been scanned into their system! You guys just printed a label and sent me a tracking number to stall me! If you would have actually sent it when you claimed, I would have received it by now!

Speechless I know exactly what your talking about with usps I deal with a lot of buyers and I sell as well. I would dispute it until you get the product in good condition.

Well they finally shipped my order out, it took them twelve days, and it looks like I won't receive it until Friday, so that's seventeen days after the order was placed!
