About 1.5 hours. Hungover. In a freezing cold garage ha ha ha. It's not a difficult job to be honest, it's the faffing about getting all the covers and crap off first which is more annoying.

Next plans are lowering a little, 335 tail pipes and diffuser, smoke tints on the windows, black/colour coded grills, colour code and fit my front splitters. I also want to keep an eye out for some sideskirt splitters/extenders |

Excellent build thread mate. I noticed you have a dtuk crdt2 tuning box and wondered what settings you have tried yours on. Recently installed mine have just used map 1.1 so far but seems to pull quite well.

Another weekend without getting it lowered. I really must get those springs on.
Instead, I fitted the corner splitters 2017-04-10_08-05-49 by Phil Cookson, on Flickr 2017-04-10_08-06-00 by Phil Cookson, on Flickr In all honesty, they arent the greatest of fits, but it looks OK |

Bought them 2nd hand, so I can't really moan about the fitment ha ha. They are fibreglass, so not sure whether some heat would have them bend correctly into shape. Meh, they are on now.
Once I have lowered it and smashed them to pieces, I will look at getting a 1M bumper on there |

Rides a hell of a lot better than the standard Msport now though. Only problem was we noticed a bush was done in on the passenger rear, so need to change that out next weekend. |

Phil, I found your flickr stream while googling photos of E91s which led me here. I just picked up a Pre-LCI E90 320D in sparkling graphite just like yours, and by the looks of it, we have very similar taste in mods. Cheers!

So, washer pump packed up a couple of weeks back, and then at weekend I got the Car on a Ramp service thing on the dash. Couldnt be fucked rolling round on a cold floor, so it got fucked off to my mates garage on Tuesday. Picked it up the same evening. It had actually cracked the washer pump, so that was replaced. I asked him to do the thermostat given the low MPGs it's been getting, and he also replaced the drive belt while he was there are it was chirping a little.
Finally, turns out the warning on the dash was for break pad wear sensors at the rear. The pads were shot and cutting into the disc a little, so he skimmed my discs and put new pads in, gave the coolant a flush with fresh anti freeze and even washed it for me. £220.00 all in. I aint gonna grumble at that, saves me getting my hands dirty. Next, it's EGR replacement and a backbox delete |
