So, in the near future I will be deleting and tuning my X5... I was wondering what the reliability/longevity is like when it comes to BRR's tunes? Will the motor still be reliable?

Running BRR for about 6k miles.. no issues whatsoever.. boat loads of power and MPGs went up significantly.
He goes above and beyond to make sure the tunes are safe and reliable.

Love my BRR tune. Really the only person that will break your car is you, how you drive it, and how you maintain it. But of course more power will do more damage than stock power. Now I'm 21, so I'm not mature enough to not drive this car normal as it is now So yeah I beat on it lol. As far as fuel mileage I'd say I gained atleast 3mpg probably more if I drove normal.

All the tunes at this point on stock turbos are virtually the same numbers wise. It's all about reliability, tuner longevity, and future service.

BRR Tune Update

After a year running BRR's custom tune on my 2011 335d, I am very pleased with the performance and reliability, not a single issue. Wife daily drives it, and I abuse it whenever I have the chance. Heading to the dyno next month for some actual numbers, but it can handle most everything it comes across on the street. I just took a 2,000 mile trip, cruise control on 85 MPH the whole way, and got 35MPG. Can't beat that. Thanks again Ryan!

BRR’s new update is nasty as fuk. There is no other tuner that is able to produce more power with just a deleted car/exhaust, intake and tune. Stock intercooler, stock everything else. Melts other tunes like silicone. Not to mention the car is making even less smoke!!!!! Car is fantastic. Can’t wait for BRR Stage 4! The new torque level is literally gonna change the angle of earth’s rotation with the new turbo. From 60 role It’s gonna hurt a lot of feelings. Will go stage 3 Tim’s big turbo and Stage 1 baby turbo, after that an LSD rear end, drag slicks with lightweight wheels.... Would be fire 🔥

Yes it is lol!

I'll be redynoing soon on a dyno jet, I'm hoping to see 400+hp and 650lb ft. Since that dyno I've fixed a big intake leak and upgraded to r90 pump. I think next mods are intercooler & meth injection, then dual pumps. Then maybe turbos. That will hurt some feelings

Could someone provide me with contact info for Ryan? I want to try his tune because my current one suppresses codes.

Just thought I would put in my 2 cents. I have been running Ryan’s tune for a couple of weeks and the power is flat out terrifying. No codes, no issues. The car already had power in stock form and I played around with the JBD piggyback for a while. But this tune is a game changer. My only regret is not finding him sooner.

Ryan's tunes are best, period! Forget about any other tuning company. Once you've tried is your Hooked!

He's always working on the tunes and improving them. Whatever your needs, he's the MAN!
