Headlight disaster

So several hundreds of dollars later I’m really regretting not throwing thousands away at the dealership. I struggled for days buying part after part for my 13’e92 with bi xenon. Got he headlights to work. The angel eyes don’t work but I can’t figure that out screw it. But hey I can drive at night. Everything is working and then I put it together. And they just flicker and then stay off. What the hell is wrong with this possessed car. Any help is appreciated

LMAO, really dude? You told us nothing beside you have bought a lot of parts and are trying to get your lights to work.

What exactly is the issue and what exactly have you bought and/or done to the lights?

Rather than ranting, perhaps a few details might help solve your problem.

Maybe he just came here to vent?

Seriously, though, if you take a moment and describe your issues, this is a mostly helpful forum full of people knowledgeable in all things E9x.

Tell us how the problems began, what diagnosis was done, what parts were replaced, what issues remain....

Are you doing headlights conversion from preLci to Lci? If so you gotta get it coded and if you’re going from non Bi xenon then I think you gotta update your FRM. I am confuse please state what year is your car and does it have halogen lights or Bi xenon to start ...then maybe we can help.

Alright,

It’s a 2013, bixenon with adaptive

So it was diagnosed to be both xenon bulbs and the passenger side control unit was out. I replaced those. Worked for a few hours and after a wash and wax the driver side headlight went out. -water damage

Problem 1
I isolated what was zapped and it was the driver side control unit mfg Part #
601-065. Replaced that and thought I was good but the halos on the driver side headlight doesn’t work. However I have 4 working (tested on working headlight) LED Light Insert Diode Modules Number: 63117263051 . So I believe now I need mfg#: 63117263052??? I believe that’s what powers the diodes?

Problem 2
Since I now have power and light to the bixenon my problem is they done my appear to project the light anywhere near straight? How do I fix this? I believe o have two working Mfg#: 63117182396 as I have replaced both of them.

Thank you for your patience. I’ve had this thing apart more than five times

Sorry,
I have 4 working Part Number: 63117263051
2 working bixenon bulbs and 2 working Part# 63117356250 and possibly two working Mfg Part #
63117182396

My current issue is the driver side halo rings are out I now believe Mfg Part #
63117263052 will solve that issue?

Quick question what is the difference between #Mfg#: 63117356250 and Mfg#: 63117182520?

I have power and light to the bixenon but they don’t point straight. I replaced Mfg#: 63117182396 both of those

I’m sorry guys. Do all I have to do is manually align the verticals axis for these lights?
I’ve been reading and reading and I keep reading conflicting reports. Assuming it’s he black knob in each headlight (is there a horizontal axis?)
My headlights are Mfg#: 63117182517 and Mfg#: 63117182518

I think before reading and getting more confused they would auto level..... thank you in advance
