where do you guys recommend for Tint in SD. I heard Alvin O's is good but expensive. If his work warrants the price then I have no problem paying. I have read many reviews and they seem to be the way to go.

Yes i did, and i need to get em fixed, they need to put a molskin cloth in the door so they don't scratch.

i would recommend hotspotsd.com its a great place to get your windows tinted.its in chula vista. there # is (619)476-1338 tell them will sent you should take care of you

Alvin does good work! He did a good job on the dot matrix for mine. Wherever you go, one place i can tell you NOT to go in SD is Tint Devil off Miramar rd. The effed my windows up last year...my car was only 1 month old at the time. This was my original thread at the time: http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=114749

Mr Tint in Escondido. I've been using them for over a decade on multiple cars with no problems.

I called tint devil and the person I talked to could not even understand that my car was a 4 door. He kept telling me 330's were only two doors. He also mentioned that if I wanted ceramic tint it would cost $1200-1500 and that I had to get it that one or else my navi wouldnt work.

I will probably go with SDtint.

Izzy, did you deal with Andrew at SD tint?

Yes i did, he's a great guy! But just make sure you get the moleskin on the inner door, no matter where you go. Should be +/- 300

my auntie has a e90 & paid like $130 or $125 for tint all around except the front windshield at hotspotsd.

I am going with sdtint I think. They quoted me $250 but ill see what I can do to see if I can get it a little cheaper. Other places quoted 450 so I shy'd away from there.

I also picked up a SG OEM trunk lip today, so that will be going on soon.
