Camber hats

i am looking to run camber hats on b14 coil overs. I have m3 front control arms and would like to get 1.5 degrees of camber up front. I considered dinan or turner motorsport camber hats but they have a fixed camber. Are godspeed top hats any good?

Garage List
Consider Vorshlag or Ground Control for adjustable tophats/camber plates.

You might be able to get 1.5 degrees with the M3 front control arms and the stock top hat alignment pins drilled out

I have the pins removed and my alignment guy said he could only get 1.2/1.3 degrees of camber. I was looking to find something cheaper than vorshlag or ground control

Cheapest is to take a dremel and make the slots in the strut tower about 1/4 longer. That should get you to -1.5.

I did this 3 years ago and have had no issues and am running -1.7 front camber with M3 arms and no other camber mods.

Agreed; either elongate the slots or run the Dinan plates...just because they are "fixed" plates doesn't mean there's no adjustment. You'll get just as much adjustment out of them as you will with the pins pulled out of the stock pieces, with the benefit being the static offset they provide.
