I think the general consensus is that BC coilovers aren't great for performance. The ST's are just galvanized steel versions of the KW V2's, which are generally regarded as pretty good. Have you considered the billstein b14 coilovers? Can be found for a little over $800 atm.

I have looked into bc. The good thing bc has is that it already has camber plates and sway end links that come with it. If you buy Bilsteins/st/etc you will need to use your factory top hates. If they are bad then you need to buy new ones, also need to buy adjustable endlinks . All that adds to the cost.

KW and ST are essentially the same (both are built in Germany by KW) except ST is made from galvanized steel whereas KW is made from stainless steel.

If you live in a climate where snow and salt are issues, go with KW. If you live in a sunny climate, get ST and save some money. I got my ST for around $900 on Black Friday.

KW V1 / ST coilovers are excellent for these cars, I had a set of STs and was very happy with the way they ride and handle. Since that time I've had a lot of more expensive coilovers on various cars but the STs still remain one of the best for street use that I've experienced.

Bilstein is also a great choice.

I'd skip BC Racing, if there is literally nothing else available for a certain type of car then they're a good choice but KW and Bilstein are on a totally different level of damping quality and also long term durability without leaking, developing clunks, etc. I've run into a lot of people with problems with BC kits after a year or two but KW and Bilstein products tend to last for many years as long as they're installed correctly.

This was mentioned but KW V1 and ST are the exact same coilover except for the KW's stainless steel + anti corrosion coating and the warranty which is lifetime on the KWs and I believe 5 years on STs.

so the update
i email to the shop to quote a price on st or billteins b14 + tires ps4s
my car its a e90 n55 335i m sport package current setup 19 359 AG Michelin PS4S
front 235/35/19 rear 275/30/19 so this is what he said -----

-As we previously discussed, sticking with your current setup with a 275/30/19 is definitely not recommended esp if you’re planning to lower the car. Keeping that tire size and lowering the car will make your car virtually un-drivable and it will constantly rub. You put your safety at risk as there will not be any way to avoid rubbing even if the fenders are rolled.

If you are planning to lower the car at all, take my advice and go with a smaller 255/30/19 tire. I’m not a person to turn down business, but I am not going to lead you down the wrong path. I’d rather not do the work than have you have a negative experience.
Your call on what you want to do here, if you want to take my advice then we can proceed. I will not lower the car and also sell/install you a 275 tire with your setup.

any one has this setup on his car ?

Are the Bilsteins any better than the ST? It looks like they don't come with a front top mount which makes the ST appear to be an easier install
