I'd consider that bumper barely damaged lol. If you take the bumper off and have a shop just respray the bumper without respraying the entire front end it shouldn't be more than $500. I have a few guys local who charge me only $200 or so per panel/bumper and they do some amazing work. Everything I've gotten painted by them has held up well over the years too, no cracks or anything, they all still look great! Worst case, find a wrecker with a bumper in good physical shape (not caring about the paint), and then have the body shop sand it all down and repaint it. It still shouldn't be over 6 or 7 hundred from my past experience.

I just bought an m3 replica bumper for my wagon off of ebay for $230 and the quality looks great! Still haven't been able to test fit it, but I've heard from plenty of people that bought the same one and they said it fit perfectly!
