BMW E90 320d Electrical Problem?

Hello guys!
I own a BMW 320d E90 M47 and in the last 2 years I receive the same error.
This error is:
003EED DDE: Power Management, closed-circuit current violation.
I haven't found anything useful on network about it. Only on some polish forum I found that someone changed the IBS and it solved it.
I tried 3 IBS and the error didn't disappeared.
Can someone help me with this error , because I think it's causing more errors
In november 2019 I changed the relay and the glow plugs and 2 weeks ago I got errors form all 4 glow plugs. So I changed the relay ( the old original one ) and tested the glow plugs ( all were ok ). And after 4 days i got the errors again, the old relay broke again. So I fixed the after market one and changed it again ( 3 days ago ). Now I'm waiting to see if I get it again.
And the same problem with the heated fuel filter. I changed it 2 times and when I replaced the relay i didn't got the heated fuel filter error again...
Can someone help me with the 003EED error please?
