Damn...last time I used 4 pieces of Pergo cut out and they worked well too, but billet aluminum is much better.

Go buy a jack!

There's some threads on jacks around here, just run a search. I'm happy with my craftsmen aluminum so far (knock on wood). Harbor freight makes one that a lot of people on here are happy with.. Your call, there's a lot of nice ones out there..

Anyone else?

1. KL2DC
2. Shinchan
3. GTx08
4. Oblu (I'll measure my jack saddle tonight)
5. Sneeky4life (Sear's Jack)
6. Riceburner503
7. longtran
8. se3p_to_e90
9. Mr. BMW (4" diameter pad)
10. lknbimmers (4-1/8" saddle)
11. taichimaster
12. ScheerSpeed
13. therealm3 (same craftsman al jack)
14. GregL (I'll measure my jack tomorrow, left it at my gf's house)
15. Ska
16. ksfrogman
17. Carl

PS. I'm hoping for 20. Then I can order a 36" piece of stock and save some money per unit.. Each block is 1.5" tall, so I think cutting 20 pieces out of 36" is reasonable.

Aluminum 6061 Adapter - .63 lbs.
Titanium 6AL-4V Adapter - 1.03 lbs.

Factory of Safety using Aluminum 6061 - 60+

Price of Titanium - Too much

Machining Titanium -

The moral of the story:

PS. You're the man. I'll try to rig some blue LED's up on yours. Blue LED's on a product is just as cool as writing Titanium on the package IMO.

PPS. $146 in material alone if you're still interested in having yours made in Titanium.

One short! Being able to wrap up the list in 2 days is encouraging. Speaks volume about how much confidence folks place in you

Any projections on final pricing on these? Do you do personalized engravings?...

I might be interested if we could get a ballpark price. What is the range? It looks great by the way... nice work.
