Oi - cheeky!!! Not a limp in sight. Temp did go up a bit but not to any worrying degree. That said, it was pissing down with rain on pretty much all of my laps or part thereof, so i was only driving at 80% anyway. Car seemed fine the whole trip to be honest.

Still love that pic of all of us from the roof of my car, with the coke bottle covering my gentlemans garden and you with your out-stretched little white arm welcoming one and all aboard the train!!! "Ladys and gentleman, boys and girls, i'd like to welcome one and all aboard my wonderful Eurostar train. I will be shortly passing through the carriages offering a fine selection of refreshments, nick nacks, souvenirs and general tat - now enjoy your journey and thank you for traveling with The Smithster!!!! You are a very funny guy Paulie!!!

Great shots Paul. Glad you're all back home.

Did you say anything to that elderly woman, who was looking at your car, Paul?

Great pics and vids Guys, and a very entertaining read

Carl you're wasted working on the railways, you should apply to the Ring, they have a similar position available, but the broom is a lot wider

You could use the same jacket as well:

You're a lunatic, but so funny with it

Carl actually got recognised when he arrived at the Ring. One of the instructors saw his number plate ending "DXB" and asked if he was the man!! The instructor was so pleased to meet him he offered Carl a passenger lap. So Carl's first lap on the Ring was with a professional instructor!!

I think it frighted the living sh*t out of him because he gained an immediate respect for the Ring and just how steep and scary it is!!

It was a pleasure touring Europe with two "stars", Mr Fandango and Mr Hoops. No one recognised me unfortunately I just attracted grannies...
