Based on my understanding is that if there is no fund left on the Trendix account then we will not be able to get a refund from paypal. In this case we can only get our reimbursement through your credit card company.

That what happened to me before

Since Trendix is a scammer and i dun think he will left any money on his paypal account therefore i think we will not likely to get a refund from paypal....... I'm just waiting for Paypal to complete the dispute and officially rejected the claim.

I got a call from the Santa Ana police dept yesterday. They told me to contact Suyu Lin and said my refund would be taken care of. I am now waiting for a return call. I'll let you know the results.

I would definitely suggest everyone contact the police.

ok.. with this info you should tel Su Yu Lin. I mentioned that for me personally.. I've only lost 25 bucks from the clear bra which I used checking account to pay for. However I told her that other people who used other means such as purely checking account would not be able to get their funds back if trendixinc didn't have any money in the account itself. You have to tell her that straight up and I'd tell you to call her and tell her that you won't be recieving any type of refund because of paypal... she assumes that you can dispute and get your money back by paypal... I've told her otherwise... since you are one of the people who can't get any of your money back... call her up and tell her so she understands that some people aren't getting anything... demand a refund.
