woah... that is a big change in policy. For anyone having a real injector problem this isn't too much of an issue however.

It is the preventive maintenance guys that won't be able to get it done.

Woah, that really sucks. I bought the injectors back when I thought they were reimburseable. Argh....

Easy to sell. Everyone wants/needs new injectors sooner or later

You may have bought them when the cost was lower than they are now.

Correction, I mentioned October 2017. It's actually February 1 2017

Seems like we're in the same boat. My e90 is 22 days shy of the 4/23/09 build date.
Have you contacted BMWNA? Could be worth a shot. Though I've yet to be successful myself. I don't understand how there is a gap in the recall/extended warranty campaigns (particularly for the E92) on the same part/engine combo, across many BMW vehicles. I also have a 4/09, have paid the piper once for all my injectors but a couple are failing again...

So the SB said (from OP):

E90 (335i Sedan and 335i xDrive Sedan)
Model Year 2010 produced from 4/23/2009 to 2/25/2010

... and my build date does fall within that range (5/2009), but it's Model Year 2009. Will that still qualify?

That's basically my question... it's beyond me why it wouldn't qualify. I'd love to know what the thought process was for deciding which model/build/versions of N54 equipped cars qualify for these programs

Any update on this? Still working if I take it to dealership and have them replace?
