South SF Bay Area DP Install help
Hey All,
I don't post often but am wondering what people are paying for DP install? Also, wondering if anyone on here has an available lift that I could borrow for a day to install DPs. After watching the AR install video it looks like hell doing on ramps. I am yet to buy the DPs but am itching for another mod, as if the $3k I've spent in 2 months owning my E92 isn't enough (new 550i clutch, DMFW, JB4, new rotors, lowering perches, ZHP shifter, SSK, CDV mod, Aero lip, M3 spoiler, spacers, DCI, cowl filters) expensive hobby. let me know if anyone has any input for me Cheers, Spencer |

There is a place in san jose that lets you rent a lift by the hour. Pretty awesome if oyu ask me. Places charge 250-400 out here.

I did it on ramps with help from my Dad, I was hesitant as first to do the install but it really wasn't as bad as people hype it up to be. I'd grade myself as a 4/10 on the mechanically inclined scale to put it all into prospective. I'd help if I was better at wrenching.

Yeah, it's not bad but I got it done for $150ish in SJC.
DEFINITELY WORTH IT, it'd be a lot easier if my arms were thin and longer |
