Betalink adhesive alternative
I need to reglue a PDC sensor holder on the inside of my bumper. I would rather not spend $40 on some special BMW adhesive for a single use. Anyone know of something else that I could use?
Will be gluing it like this: https://www.m3post.com/forums/showpo...7&postcount=15 |

Not sure why simple regular 2-part epoxy would not work, or JB Quick/JB Weld. I use Gorilla glue on all sorts of items too. My 2 cents.

A manual transmission can be set to "comfort", "sport", and "track" modes simply by the technique and speed at which you shift it; it doesn't need "modes", modes are for manumatics that try to behave like a real 3-pedal manual transmission. If you can money-shift it, it's a manual transmission. "Yeah, but NO ONE puts an automatic trans shift knob on a manual transmission."

+1 for the two-part epoxy.

He gave me a roll and said they use it all the time to mount external parts that aren't very heavy. Also told me to use multiple small pieces and not long strips of it. My spolier's been on for 3 months now, and it's not coming off without some serious work!

My guess is there are places like this in your area. Worth checking out if you ever need something and don't want to bother your buddy!

3m VHB is good enough IMO. I've had my spoiler on for 4 years using 3m VHB and it's been fine. You just need to make sure you prep the surface well.
