Question on Torque for RSB

Just want to know what the proper way to torque down the rear subframe bushings is. Have read both 91 and 86ft/lbs. Also, are you supposed to jack the diff up so the bushings are touching the frame, or have it loose and tighten the bolt?

So I also just read Calwaters post and it says 74ft/lbs. I torqued mine to 91, so i'm guessing thats too tight.
