Does my vehicle have sport suspension?

Hi. I am trying to buy new shocks and struts for my 2007 335i sedan with sports package. It says I have the "226 SPORTS SUSPENSION SETTINGS". So if Im buying the bilstein B4 struts on ECStuning, does this mean I buy the ones with sport suspension or w/o? Im guessing this is a dumb question but I looked it up and people are saying both ways.

There are sport and non-sport version of B4 struts. Both compatible with BMW sport springs. But they are not a good choise to pair with BMW sport springs. B6\Koni FSD - better choise.
