Passenger side brake lights staying on dim when my sidelights are on anyone else had this problem?!

You have a faulty earth on the n/s light cluster. Remake / clean it.

Your (pre-LCi) brake lights are designed to glow dimly when the sidelights are on, so it's not a problem with the passenger side, but with the drivers side. What happens is that the brake light feed is pulsed on and off very quickly to make the brake light glow, but then when you hit the brakes, you get full voltage and it brightens to normal intensity.

So +1 on the earth, but I'd look on the drivers side first.
