Macbook pro and Procede User Software
I have been hearing that Vishnu released user software for Macintosh these days. Is this true or do I have to find a OS software and install a software on my Mac to let me use PC files
(btw i did a search)

I havent heard about vishnu releasing mac software. What you can do is 1. install parallels and run windows software or 2. install windows with bootcamp and run it from there.

I thought he said before that he used BootCamp to install Windows on his Mac. From that, I gathered he wasn't doing anything Mac specific, but because Macs can run Windows, it can be used on a Mac.

I use the procede software on my mac book pro with XP running in Parallels. Work better then it did on my old HP notebook that would assign a new com port to my usb-serial interface. Having a an OSX version of the procede software would be nice, though. The 10 people that need it would not warrant the time to re-write it unfortunately.

I thought I recall Shiv saying that Dustin loads the procede on their cars using Mac and that the software will work on mac. I know this may sound a bit weird but I will try to find the post.
OK found it,..he does use Parallel. It was jpsimon who asked the question too. http://www.e90post.com/forums/showth...ht=procede+mac |
