Car not Taking Off at Low speeds! HELP!

i have a 335i stock automatic and recently ive been noticing that its not taking off like it use to for example if im at a dead stop and i step down on the gas pedal all the way down it will take off like it normally does but lets see if im going like at a speed of 10 to 15 mph and i step down on the pedal all the way down it seems to pause and lag for a good 4 sec no movement and then BooM! it takes off this happens most when i slow down for a speed bump and i try to accelerate after it like pauses. its like im giving it gas and its not moving. also i noticed if im going up a steep hill it seems to really struggle going up the hill like it has no power.
i told the dealer but they told me they couldnt anything wrong wit it that its fine Mckenna has a bunch of idiots workin there does anyone have this similar problem or help on this

sounds like turbo lag..or a boost leak which the dealer will most of the time deny looking for or fixing..

do you have any mods?

that doesnt sound like turbo lag to me. We have close to no turbo lag, but i could still feel it a little. It should be pausing for 4 seconds... that is a long time. Take it to the dealer.
