Boy if I was an ass I would just rant on here like a tool, never knowing what the hell I am talking about and pretend to be the smartest SOB on the board.

GL hatin' on everyone. Keep up the good work.

Nevermind that this is entirely made in the USA, by an American company, supporting American workers and paying them the wages they deserve.

Yeah, its too much, go get some cheap China muffler. Better yet get some Cherry bombs, that'll sound good.

Spoken like a champion.

Oh don't worry, I have hate for all overpriced exhausts. This thread is specifically about Dinan though . I don't care where an exhaust is made as long as it's high quality, looks good, sounds good, and is competitively priced. The Dinan mufflers are not worth $1600 any way you look at it. $1600 buys you a name.

Hey more power to you if you like it, enjoy it if you've got it ya know

I look forward to seeing the best sounding and best performing exhaust to hit the market.

Better be cheap

I'm newer to the board, and I find it interesting to find comments like stupid/idiot/fool related to spending more than the lowest price for a mod.

If lowest cost for performance were the only smart/sound/rational way to go, we shouldn't have bought an E9-anything, and we wouldn't be here in the first place.

Sometimes on this board the quantity of negative comments is more related to the manufacturer of the equipment than the actual value of the mod.

You'll see there are those who say hey nice mod, not my style but good on you. Others will stay you stupid fool, you got ripped off, I'd never do that, what a waste, etc.

Everyone has a opinion for sure, most are positive, some are very negative.

Don't ever get too wrapped up on whats posted anywhere here. The anonymity of posting often amplifies opinion.

There are also some with ulterior motives and promote their own brand of product. Plenty of that. You'll learn to recognize them.

GL, but keep it all in perspective.

OT question: is Dinan pronounced Di-nan, Din-an or Dine-an?

edit: or Dye-nan?

quite a few months ago, I was asking about the Dinan exhaust until I saw the tip-in-tip look that killed it for me. So I went for Eisenmann. Oh sorry correction, I mean fake Eisenmann, which is Eisenhaus.

I saw some early ones with the really obvious tip in tip, I have also seen others with much less . I wonder if the early ones have been changed.

GL with the Eisenhaus, they are prob. good, just sad about how they got there.
