BMW of Sudbury

Did anyone else receive in the mail a $50.00 gift card to be used in BMW of Sudbury's new facility? I'm trying to figure out if this can only be used on service or if I can buy something from the parts department.

I didn't get anything. Did you buy the car from them? I've only had my car serviced there a couple of times.

i got that last week and forgot to post. i got the GC because i had my car serviced there a couple months back when they first open. the GC is good until 1/30/2010 and i think it's for BMW lifestyle accessories (i.e. hats, shirts, keychains, etc)

I didn't buy the car from them, but I have it serviced there (well at FMW BMW, still haven't been to the new dealership for service).

Went there this weekend . . .

Wanted to trade in my coupe for a sedan (coupe's not working so well with a newborn baby). Nice facility, but terrible experience. They offered me reasonable price for the new car, but 4-5K(!) below blue book for my coupe because "no one will buy a rear wheel drive car here." They won't be getting any of my business any time soon, $50 gift certificate or not.

I got more than kbb on my xi coupe from them. It's all about demand on your car I bet every dealer will have pretty much the same story for you.

Dealers are always going to low ball at first so you have to really do your homework and print out the KBB/Edmunds/NADA info with you to negotiate.

Best thing to do if you have time is sell it on your own.
