Bmw e90 heated seats

Hi,

I've got an 2006 e90 3 series, that has the standard cloth seats. I've recently bought new leather seats which happens to be heated. So I was wondering what I would need to buy additionally to make the seat heating work.

You'll need the fascia panel and wiring loom. Then you'll need to code it into the car by adjusting the VO.

Yes, in NCS Expert you need to code the VO (Vehicle Order) to add the option $494A which is heated driver and passenger seats. Then you FA_Write that to your VO.

With that added I've researched that the Junction box module (JBE) and IHKA will need coding, but once you read from the modules and then open them with NCS Dummy your just looking for anything to do with heated seats and set them from Nicht_Aktiv (not active) to "Aktiv" then code them with SG_CODIEREN. all in all it really should take that long.
